Our Process in Depth

  • The Details (Initial Consultation)
    This is where we dig a little deeper to find out what your business really needs. We’re aiming for an ideal candidate, so we need to know what that person looks like, sounds like and behaves like from your perspective. As well as that we want to sort out the finer details of the process, what your timeframe is, how involved you want to be, how you’d like to market the role, any selection criteria and your budget for the whole exercise.
  • The Landslide (Managing Candidate Applications)
    Once we’ve hit ‘go’ on advertising the position, we will receive and manage all the applications and any enquires throughout the process (if you want us to) so you can continue to do what’s important to you. We maintain contact with candidates from start to finish, because we treat others as we’d like to be treated. If someone has taken the time to apply for a role in your organisation, we reckon that its fair and reasonable to let them know how they are going throughout that process.
  • The Quality Control (Shortlisting of Candidates)
    Working together, we’ll find the cream of the crop and determine whom you’d like to get into an interview situation to find out more.
  • The Grilling (Interviewing)
    With your input, we’ll manage and coordinate all interviews; no matter if they take place at your offices or another location, and we can also assist in the development of astute interview questions and exercises relevant to the position. Profiling (using the iWAM tool) of shortlisted candidates can also be undertaken at this stage.
  • The Sleuthing (Referee Checks)
    We’ll make all the phone calls, check all the stories and brief you on all the important feedback and information.
  • The Prize (Job Offer)
    We can even assist you in delivering the great news to the successful applicant and kick off the induction process before they’ve walked through your door.
  • The Reinforcements (Follow up and Onboarding)
    We follow up with both you and the candidate at the end of the first, second and third month to ensure the placement is working for all involved. Good onboarding enables people to really hit the ground running and reach their greatest potential in the shortest amount of time.
