Red Hot Go Enterprises is a boutique consultancy operating from Ballarat and Melbourne to clients across Australia. Our founder, Marita Ryan, has drawn on her wealth of experience in communication and strategic people development to develop a set of services to maximise staff attitudes and motivations at work.She has developed a series of alliances with some of Australia's leading strategic management and professional development consultants.
About Marita Ryan
Marita Ryan's deep understanding of behavioural issues and expertise in teaching adults to communicate better with themselves - and those around them - make her a leader in her field.
She has worked extensively with the corporate and business sector as well as individuals. Marita has worked with clients in diverse sectors, including financial services, legal, marketing, retail, graphic design, health, real estate, coaching, consulting, State and Commonwealth Government.
Marita is an accomplished presenter and trainer and has developed a comprehensive and popular series of personal and professional development training packages which she has delivered around the country. Her knowledge of and expertise in work attitudes and motivation led her to gain specific international accrediation as a trainer of the Inventory of Work Attitudes and Motivations (iWAM) tool, one of only three such trainers in Australia.
Marita's business development expertise is recognised by her role as a judge for the Telstra Business Awards.
